The 2013 Edition of the Monaco Yacht Show is back in Monaco! Until the 28th September one of the world’s most prestigious super yachting events Monaco Yacht Show, is taking place at the Port of Monaco!
This classy event will be showcasing over 500 major companies, who will be exhibiting over 105 beautiful super and mega yachts. Visitors will be wining and dining with the top directors of major yachting companies, exploring and discussing the newest maritime products and luxury yachting services of 2013.
During the course of these 4 days, over 80 events take place including the Monaco Yacht Summit with its theme “New Yachting, New Thinking”; the MYS Captains’ Party along Le Méridien Beach Plaza’s terrace; Only Watch, the watch charity auction, fundraising for the research into Duchenne muscular dystrophy, in which 33 world class watch manufacturers will each donate a unique timepiece for the occasion; the iconic Red Arrows display, flying above Port Hercules on the Thursday the 26th September at 2:00pm; and the Prix du design – awarded to the most innovative and elegant super yacht exhibited by a shipyard, with the most distinguished design. Another event will also be Green Plus, in which a super yacht will be awarded with the Green Plus Award, enforcing the growing commitment of builders and yacht owners to environmental protection.
