This large vessel is owned by Sheikh Mohammad bin Rashid Al Maktoum. At 524 foot, it has 44 Cabins and room to house a large helicopter. It can reach a top speed of 26 knots, while its range is an impressive 8,500 miles at 25 knots.

4.Motor Yacht 'A' 237,188,800 euros ($324 million)

This motor yacht was delivered to its owners Andrey & Aleksandre Melnichenko in 2008. Its Modern design caused controversy, people not knowing whether they loved or hated it. This outstanding yacht houses 7 luxury cabins and its power comes from 2 MAN RK280 Diesel engines which can propel it to speed of 23 knots.

3. Serene yacht 241,581,300 euros ( $330 million)

Boasting 494ft, it is owned by Yuri Scheffler. It can hold up to 24 guests along with several helicopters and water toys. 

2. Superyacht Eclipse 355,051,200 euros ($485 million)

This yacht built in Germany is owned by Russian businessman Roman Abramovich. What makes this mega yacht very special is it is equipped with a special anti-paparazzi system which improves privacy for his guests. This system works by overexposing photographs taken with a digital camera. 

1. Azzam 459,004,440 Euros ($627 Million)

This is defiantly the world's largest and also the most expensively privately owned, boasting with a length of 599 feet as well as an enormous price tag. The name of the owner is unknown bur rumours about that the proprietor of the Azzam is the Emir of Abu Dhabi - Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, which would make sense as he is one of the richest men on earth at the moment. This vessel was launched in 2013, it is the most powerful vessel at sea, equipped with a mixed power train involving 2 Diesel engines and 2 gas turbines, all working together to give 94,000 HP. This yacht is large enough to carry its own submarine.
